The matrix reloaded: Reconstructing the boundaries between (international) law and politics

چکیده
Abstract Interdisciplinary scholarship at the intersection of international law (IL) and International Relations (IR) has illuminated roles politics in law, politics, shifting boundary between two various areas affairs. The itself, however, proven resilient. While critical approaches investigating have come to insist on lasting significance legality proper, IR legalization returned politics. Although apparent limits challenging are not new, we suggest that they intimately related another great divide, i.e., state international.
